A Good Weekend

57 pints of butter, 35 plain,  16 with garlic and 6 with my favorite 'everything' seasoning
4 quarts of apple butter
2 quarts of water (because I hate running the canner if it isn't full)

Obviously they haven't been washed up yet.  But when they are, that will make a nice addition to my pantry!
