Juicing for LIFE! - My Gathered Recipes














MEXICAN CORN JUICE
4 ears corn
1-2 jalapenos
4 limes
2 bell peppers
1 large onion
½ bunch of cilantro
2 stalks of celery


1/2 head broccoli
1 carrot


KILLER CABBAGE
1 large English cucumber, peeled
1/2 of a medium red cabbage
1-2 D’Anjou pears
2 meyer lemons
1 inch piece of ginger


BRASSICAS
INGREDIENTS:
2 broccoli stalks
1/2 head or 2 wedges green cabbage
6-8 leaves of kale (Australian tuscan cabbage)
1 organic granny smith apple
1/4 lemon (peeled)
1 in (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger root


STRICTLY GREEN
1 Cucumber
4-6 Celery Stalks
3-4 Big Handfuls of any Leafy Green (like Kale, Chard/Silverbeet, Collards, Romaine, Spinach)


MANGO SALSA
1 mango
1/2 cucumber
1/4 yellow pepper (Australian capsicum)
1/2 Jalapeno pepper
2 green onions or scallions (Australian shallots)
1/4 cup cilantro (Australian coriander)
1/2 lime


The 3 C's (Carrot, Celery, Cabbage)
3-4 Carrots
1-2 Celery stalks
Small wedge cabbage


Do You Like Peppers?
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
3 Celery stalks
1/2 Cucumber
5 Lettuce leaves


Veggie 8
1/2 Tomato
1/4 Cucumber
1 Carrot
1 Celery stalk
1 Handful Spinach
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Cabbage
1 Green Onion
