I just checked my plum wine that has been doing it's stuff for about 9 months now. Yes, I know, that is SUPER long. But it really seemed like it wasn't working out.
It tastes AWESOME!
Like a dry white with a touch of plum taste afterwards.
I am thrilled.
I will bottle it up later tonight and share pictures. :)
