Quote du Jour - Hollisa Alewine

Study the Word, know the Truth and quit having all this intimacy with the false side of the thing. It won't matter who the [anti-messiahs] are. Your going to stand upright, you're going to walk like a human being; you're going to talk like a human being, and you're going to love other human beings with the Commandments...there is an anti-christ and a beast in every generation, the serpents are out there; it never really mattered when the prophets went to Israel and warned them that the judgment was coming who those people were; it mattered what Israel did. Because if they looked inside themselves and they repented, then that judgment could absolutely be stopped. But if I'm spending all my time chasing the beast, and I'm not dealing with the one in me, who will stop the Destroyer when it comes to my doorway? Clean up your own house. Start with you. You can't change the beast, you can't change the serpents, you can't change the harlot; just make sure it's not you.

Sukkot Thoughts.....

"But I am YHWH your Elohim, Ever since the land of Egypt;
I will again make you dwell in tents, As in the days of the appointed Feast."

Sukkot Thoughts.....

Sukkot Thoughts.....

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:
for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away;
and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem,
coming down from ELOHIYM out of heaven,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,
Behold, the tabernacle of ELOHIYM is with men,
and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people,
and ELOHIYM himself shall be with them, and be their EL.
And ADONAY YHVH shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying
neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.
And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Revelation 21:1-5

Sukkot Thoughts....

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

And the Word became flesh and Tabernacled among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:1-3, 14

Sukkot Thoughts....

Thus all the work that Solomon made for the house of YHVH was finished: and Solomon brought in all the things that David his father had dedicated; and the silver, and the gold, and all the instruments, put he among the treasures of the house of ELOHIYM.

Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of YHVH out of the city of David, which is Zion.

Wherefore all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto the king in the feast which was in the seventh month.

And all the elders of Israel came; and the Levites took up the ark.

And they brought up the ark, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, these did the priests and the Levites bring up.

Also king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel that were assembled unto him before the ark, sacrificed sheep and oxen, which could not be told nor numbered for multitude.

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of YHVH unto his place, to the oracle of the house, into the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim: For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and the staves thereof above.

And they drew out the staves of the ark, that the ends of the staves were seen from the ark before the oracle; but they were not seen without. And there it is unto this day.

There was nothing in the ark save the two tables which Moses put therein at Horeb, when YHVH made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.

And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place: (for all the priests that were present were sanctified, and did not then wait by course: Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:) It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking YHVH; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised YHVH, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of YHVH;So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of YHVH had filled the house of ELOHIYM.

Sukkot Thoughts....

And they found written in the law which YHVH had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:
And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.
So the people went forth, and brought them, and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of ELOHIYM, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.
And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.
Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of ELOHIYM. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner.

Quote du Jour - Dietrich Bonhoeffer

"The merciful give their own honor to those who have fallen into shame and take that shame unto themselves. They may be found in the company of tax collectors and sinners and willingly bear the shame of their fellowship. Disciples give away anyone’s greatest possession, their own dignity and honor, and show mercy. They know only one dignity and honor, the mercy of their Lord, which is their only source of life."

Sukkot - The Festival of Booths - The Festival of Tabernacles

This evening my family will begin the celebration of Sukkot.  It is often called the Festival of Booths or Tabernacles.  It is a wonderful, joyous celebration.  This festival, like all the bible Holy Days, is full of prophesy about our relationship with YHWH and Yahshua, our Messiah.

Here are many of the bible verses that refer to this beautiful celebration....

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto YHVH. On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHVH: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHVH: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.
These are the feasts of YHVH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto YHVH, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day: Beside the sabbaths of YHVH, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto YHVH.
Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto YHVH seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before YHVH your ELOHIYM seven days. And ye shall keep it a feast unto YHVH seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am YHVH your ELOHIYM.
Leviticus 23:34-43

"On the first day you are to take choice fruit, palm fronds, thick branches and river-willows, and celebrate in the presence of Adonai your God for seven days. You are to observe it as a feast to Adonai seven days in the year; it is a permanent regulation, generation after generation; keep it in the seventh month."
Leviticus 23:40-41

Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine: And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates. Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto YHVH thy ELOHIYM in the place which YHVH shall choose: because YHVH thy ELOHIYM shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.
Deuteronomy 16:13-15

And Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of tabernacles, When all Israel is come to appear before YHVH thy ELOHIYM in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing. Gather the people together, men and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear YHVH your ELOHIYM, and observe to do all the words of this law: And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear YHVH your ELOHIYM, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.
Deuteronomy 31:10-13

How lovely are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel!
Numbers 24:5

How lovely are thy tabernacles, O YHVH of hosts!
Psalm 84:1

And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, YHVH of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, YHVH of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith YHVH will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zechariah 14:16-18

It is a simple and joyous observance.  Build yourself a temporary structure, eat and hang out in it, and sleep in it if you can.  Even a tent would qualify.  Many people I know take this period of time off and go camping with other believers.  What a great time they have!!!

There are SOOOOO many possibilities!!!

http://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=sukkah

The children and I made one for ourselves this year.  I don't think it would make a great emergency shelter by any means..... but it was FUN and I think it is pretty cute.  Might make a great bean trellis afterwards also.

During this time we will be able to explore the prophetic characteristics of the feast.  It recalls that the Hebrew people lived in tents in the desert before coming into their promised land.  It expresses YHWH's heart for us to rejoice greatly, even with humility.  It is believed that this is the actual feast during which Yahshua was born to Mary, as they had to travel and seek temporary shelter, lowly, but still so beautiful and full of 'exceedingly great joy'.  It also foretells of the great marriage feast and celebration after Yahshua's return.

In Revelation 19:7-9a we catch a glimpse of that glorious day, "Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb."

Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.  Indeed they are.

Yom Kippur Thoughts....

Have mercy upon me, O ELOHIYM, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
Create in me a clean heart, O ELOHIYM; and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O ELOHIYM, thou ELOHIYM of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
O ADONAY, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
The sacrifices of ELOHIYM are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O ELOHIYM, thou wilt not despise.
Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

Psalm 51

Yom Kippur Thoughts....

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man unto whom YHVH imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto YHVH; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in YHVH, mercy shall compass him about.
Be glad in YHVH, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

Psalm 32

Yom Kippur Thoughts....

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."

Matthew 6:14-18

Yom Kippur Thoughts....

“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loosen the tight cords of wrongness, to undo the bands of the yoke, to exempt the oppressed, and to break off every yoke? “Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, and cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh?
“Then your light would break forth like the morning, your healing spring forth speedily. And your righteousness shall go before you, the esteem of יהוה would be your rear guard.

Isaiah 58:6-8

Yom Kippur Thoughts....

“Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Luke 18:10-14

Yom Kippur - The Day of Atonement

Today my home is observing Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement.  It is also called the Sabbath of Sabbaths.  It is considered to be the most holy day on the Hebrew calendar.  This Holy Day is prophetic of The Sealing of the Book of Life, and our coming Judgement Day.

The bible describes this day in Leviticus 16, and 23, Isaiah 53, 58, and the entire book of Hebrews.  Undoubtedly, there are many other biblical references to this day as well.

Here we learn that the term scapegoat is directly from the observance of this Holy Day, pouring our sins onto the 'scapegoat'. - http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/526601/scapegoat

As we believe that Yahshua is our messiah, who filled all requirements for blood sacrifice, we observe this day without shedding the blood of the scapegoat.  And Yahshua, now being our Perfect High Priest, will be the one who stands before the Holy of Holies.

Here are some great graphics showing the details of the Hebrew Tabernacle, a shadow of YHWH's Kodesh Heykal, His Holy Temple in the Heavens.
http://www.theologyinsneakers.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Tabernacle.png
http://www.ingodsimage.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/Tabernacle.jpg

Here is a fascinating historical account of the how the Hebrews observed this day up to the destruction of Jerusalem.
"The Mishnah (Yoma 39a[5]) follows the Hebrew Bible text; two goats were procured, similar in respect of appearance, height, cost, and time of selection. Having one of these on his right and the other on his left, the high priest, who was assisted in this rite by two subordinates, put both his hands into a wooden case, and took out two labels, one inscribed "for Yahweh" and the other "for absolute removal" (or "for Azazel"). The high priest then laid his hands with the labels upon the two goats and said, "A sin-offering to Yahweh" (thus speaking the Tetragrammaton); and the two men accompanying him replied, "Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom for ever and ever." He then fastened a scarlet woolen thread to the head of the goat "for Azazel"; and laying his hands upon it again, recited the following confession of sin and prayer for forgiveness: "O Lord, I have acted iniquitously, trespassed, sinned before Thee: I, my household, and the sons of Aaron Thy holy ones. O Lord, forgive the iniquities, transgressions, and sins that I, my household, and Aaron's children, Thy holy people, committed before Thee, as is written in the law of Moses, Thy servant, 'for on this day He will forgive you, to cleanse you from all your sins before the Lord; ye shall be clean.'"
This prayer was responded to by the congregation present. A man was selected, preferably a priest, to take the goat to the precipice in the wilderness; and he was accompanied part of the way by the most eminent men of Jerusalem. Ten booths had been constructed at intervals along the road leading from Jerusalem to the steep mountain. At each one of these the man leading the goat was formally offered food and drink, which he, however, refused. When he reached the tenth booth those who accompanied him proceeded no further, but watched the ceremony from a distance. When he came to the precipice he divided the scarlet thread into two parts, one of which he tied to the rock and the other to the goat's horns, and then pushed the goat down (Yoma vi. 1–8). The cliff was so high and rugged that before the goat had traversed half the distance to the plain below, its limbs were utterly shattered. Men were stationed at intervals along the way, and as soon as the goat was thrown down the precipice, they signaled to one another by means of kerchiefs or flags, until the information reached the high priest, whereat he proceeded with the other parts of the ritual.
The scarlet thread is symbolically referenced in Isaiah 1.18; and the Talmud states (ib. 39a) that during the forty years that Simon the Just was high priest, the thread actually turned white as soon as the goat was thrown over the precipice: a sign that the sins of the people were forgiven. In later times the change to white was not invariable: a proof of the people's moral and spiritual deterioration, that was gradually on the increase, until forty years before the destruction of the Second Temple, when the change of color was no longer observed (l.c. 39b).[1]" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azazel

It reminded me so very strongly of our own impending judgement day.

Will we hear, "Well done good and faithful servant," or "I did not know you, worker of lawlessness?"

In Revelation 3:4-6 Yahshua addresses the assemble of Sardis, "But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

Unfortunately, not all the assemblies fare so well.

There is, fearfully, a day coming when the Book of Life will be closed and no more names entered into it.  There is, fearfully, a day coming when we ALL when stand before Yahshua and be judged.

That is why we are urged to humble ourselves, deprive ourselves, test ourselves, and REPENT!  And repentence does NOT mean just saying we are sorry.  The hebrew word for Repent is Teshuvah, which means to TURN BACK.

YHWH is urging us to TURN BACK TO HIM!  Turn away from sin!  Turn away from our own will!  Turn BACK to YHWH and His definition of righteousness!  In Matthew 19:17 Yahshua said, "If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments."

As Isaiah 55:7-9 says,
Let the wicked forsake his way,
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
Let him return to the Lord,
And He will have mercy on him;
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways....

And Yahshua warned us clearly in Revelation 22:14, "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

Repent.  Turn back to YHWH and His Righteousness.  Leave your own 'righteousness' that is just a bunch of filthy rags behind.

Gmar Chatimah Tova!
May you be inscribed in the Book of Life!

The Aleph Tav - Hidden in Plain Sight

I had never heard of the Aleph Tav in the scriptures before.  I was aware of Yahshua describing himself as the beginning and the end, the alpha and omega (greek first and last letters), but was completely unaware that the original scriptural texts have this AMAZING and life changing truth hidden in plain sight.  This video is only four minutes and gives a great beginners glance at the Aleph Tav.

After watching the video I went to the interlinear I use myself and checked it.  THERE IT IS!  Do you see it!?!  DO YOU SEEEEEE YAHSHUA IN GENESIS 1:1!!!  Where else can He be!? Oh my heart is overwhelmed.....

Yom Teruah - The Feast of Shouting and Trumpets

Tonight we begin the Feast of Shouting and Trumpets, Yom Teruah!

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’”
Leviticus 23:23-25

And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. For you it is a day of blowing the trumpets.
Numbers 29:1

The account in numbers goes on to detail the sacrifice for this Holy Day.  I am soooooo grateful to Yahshua that the sacrifice has been paid in full.  This enables us to approach the throne of YHWH with courage, having a PERFECT sacrifice offering. "To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation." Hebrews 9:28b

As we learn more about the appointed times YHWH put in His word, we learn how each is a prophetic vision and promise of Yahshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus the Messiah.  Just as the spring feasts were prophetic of His first coming, as a gentle, peaceful sacrificial lamb, the fall feasts prophesy His second coming as the Lion of Judah, coming King of Kings to judge the Living and the Dead.

Yom Teruah specifically prophesies of the Coming of the King with His armies, the blast of trumpets, and shouting.  It will be a great and awesome day!

Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
Revelation 6:14-17

KING OF KINGS"I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
AND
LORD OF LORDS."
Revelation 19:11-21

Final Fantasy Artwork, looks like Yahshua to me lol

This feast also represents the opening of the Book of Life.  For the next ten days we are all called up to REPENT!!!
RETURN TO YHWH!!
TURN AWAY FROM SIN!!
TESHUVA!!

Because Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement represents the CLOSING of the Book of Life.

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”
Amen. Even so, come, Adonai Yahshua!
The grace of our Adonai Yahshua Ha'Mashiach be with you all. Amen.
Revelation 22:12-21

La Soñador ~: Sukkot - The Festival of Booths - The Festival of Tabernacles - This evening my family will begin the celebration of Sukkot.  It is often called the Festival of Booths or Tabernacles.  It is a wonderful, joyous celebration.  This festival, like all the bible Holy Days, is full of prophesy about our relationship with YHWH and Yahshua, our Messiah.

La Soñador ~: Why Would A Christian Say No To Christmas? - “Tomorrow there will be a festival to YHWH.” Sounds good right? Get together, worship god, have a grand time.... But God said, "Now leave me alone so that my anger may burn against them and that I may destroy them." Why ...

La Soñador ~: Whose Holy Days Are You Celebrating??? - Sukkot, the Festival of Booths.... Living in temporary structures, in joy and celebration, structures that are beautified and decorated to look like a Wedding Sukkah. They may be only 'shadows' of things to come. But at least they ...

La Soñador ~: Biblical Holy Days - The Feast of Dedication and Lights - I love history!  And that makes the celebration of Hanukkah particularly exciting to me!!  In reality, all the biblical feasts have such historical significance and a rich tapestry of meaning.  But the history of Hanukkah....

Rome - September 4th, 476AD

"Rome fell SEPTEMBER 4, 476AD. In the century preceding, Rome was overrun with illegal immigrants: Visigoths, Franks, Anglos, Saxons, Ostrogoths, Burgundians, Lombards and Vandals. They first assimilated, many working as servants, but then came so fast they did not learn the Latin Language. Highly trained Roman Legions marched rapidly on advanced roads but were strained fighting conflicts worldwide. Rome had a trade deficit, having outsourced its grain production to North Africa, and when the Vandals captured that area, Rome did not have the resources to retaliate. Attila the Hun committed terrorist attacks. The city of Rome was on welfare with citizens given free bread. One Roman commented: "Those who live at the expense of the public funds are more numerous than those who provide them." Tax collectors were "more terrible than the enemy." Gladiators had provided violent entertainment in the Coliseum There had been injustice in courts, corrupt government bureaucracies, exposure of unwanted infants, infidelity, perverted bathhouses and sexual immorality as seen in the ruins of Pompeii. 5th-Century historian Salvian wrote: "O Roman people be ashamed...Let nobody think otherwise, the vices of our bad lives have alone conquered us."

Have No Fellowship With Darkness

I am appalled that this information was made 'public' in June.  Everything screams that we should NOT support these rebels.  They are destroying christian churches, torturing people as they capture their towns, using chemical weapons, and .... this.  Eating their enemies.

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.
But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.
Therefore He says: 'Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Messiah will give you light.'"
Ephesians 5:12-14
