The three wise men from the east came to Jerusalem seeking the
new-born King of the Jews. They were directed to Bethlehem by the star
but also because the Bible in the Messianic Prophecy of Micah 5:2
foretold the town in which the Messiah would be born. (Matthew 2:1-18)
"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me one who will be
ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times." Micah 5:2
Seasons Greetings!
While Yeshua was Not born on December 25th, and Christmas is Not a Biblical holiday, this is a wonderful day to share the Good News and celebrate that the Messiah came into the world just as the Prophet Micah foretold about 2700 years ago.
Even though Yeshua the Jewish Messiah, was most likely born during the Biblical fall festivals, we can joyfully remember His birth today, and Everyday of the year.
May God's blessings be upon you as we remember Yeshua—as He will soon Return to the Mount of Olives, which is about a 10 minute car drive from where he was born in Bethlehem.
If today you are rejoicing in the prophetic fulfillment of Bible prophecy concerning the Messiah's birth, please also remember that Jewish souls here in Israel need your help today!
We have meetings today with different people, Yardena, Sivan, Amir, and Sigal, in both Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa, who want to know more about the Messianic Prophecies explaining how Yeshua fulfilled Micah 5:2—the claim that the Messiah was born in Bethlehem!
