Deuteronomy 12:2-4

Deuteronomy 12:2-4

2 Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

3 And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

4 Ye shall not do so unto the Lord your God.

A Special Card for You! Micah 5:2 From Messianic Bible

The three wise men from the east came to Jerusalem seeking the
new-born King of the Jews.  They were directed to Bethlehem by the star
but also because the Bible in the Messianic Prophecy of Micah 5:2
foretold the town in which the Messiah would be born.  (Matthew 2:1-18)

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me one who will be
ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times."  Micah 5:2

Seasons Greetings!
While Yeshua was Not born on December 25th, and Christmas is Not a Biblical holiday, this is a wonderful day to share the Good News and celebrate that the Messiah came into the world  just as the Prophet Micah foretold about 2700 years ago.

Even though Yeshua the Jewish Messiah, was most likely born during the Biblical fall festivals, we can joyfully remember His birth today, and Everyday of the year.

May God's blessings be upon you as we remember Yeshua—as He will soon Return to the Mount of Olives, which is about a 10 minute car drive from where he was born in Bethlehem.

If today you are rejoicing in the prophetic fulfillment of Bible prophecy concerning the Messiah's birth, please also remember that Jewish souls here in Israel need your help today!

We have meetings today with different people, Yardena, Sivan, Amir, and Sigal, in both Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa, who want to know more about the Messianic Prophecies explaining how Yeshua fulfilled Micah 5:2—the claim that the Messiah was born in Bethlehem!

Conhanim Lighting the Temple Institute Menorah

I really enjoy watching these re-enactments of the temple ceremonies. Within these 'shadows' we see the fullness of the Messiah!!

For Example.... Each of the branches of the Menorah represent (this is admittedly just ONE layer) the feasts of YHWH. So from right to left (as hebrew is read) are Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of First Fruits, Shavuot, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Feast of Tabernacles.

The Middle lamp is called the SHAMASH, the Servant. All the other lights are lit from this middle lamp.
So the Middle Lamp, representing Shavuot, which is the giving of the Law on Mt Sinai, AND the giving of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) who writes the Law on our hearts, is ALSO clearly representing the Servant who LIGHTS THE WHOLE WORLD! Yahshua Ha Mashiach, the Word made flesh.

I also noted that they prepared the oil and wicks for the first 5 lamps, paused and prayed and then prepared the oil and wicks for the last 2 lamps.

Does something significant occur between the Coming King and the Day of Atonement???

Vision Given To Dumitru Duduman, September, 1984

Vision Given To Dumitru Duduman, September, 1984

Late one night, I could not sleep, The children were sleeping on the luggage.  My wife and daughter were crying, I went outside and walked around.  I didn't want them to see me cry.  I walked around the building, crying and saying, "God!  Why did you punish me?  Why did you bring me into this country?  I can't understand anybody.  If I try to ask anybody anything, all I hear is, "I don't know."

I stopped in front of the apartment and sat on a large rock.  Suddenly a bright light came toward me.  I jumped to my feet because it looked as if a car was coming directly at me, attempting to run me down!  I thought the Romanian Secret Police had tracked me to America, and now they were trying to kill me.  But it wasn't a car at all.  As the light approached, it surrounded me.  From the light I heard the same voice that I had heard so many times in prison.

He said "Dumitru, why are you so despaired?" I said, "Why did you punish me?  Why did you bring me to this country?  I have nowhere to lay my head down.  I can't understand anybody."  He said, "Dumitru, didn't I tell you I am here with you, also?  I brought you to this country because this country will burn."  I said, 'then why did you bring me here to burn?  Why didn't you let me die in my own country?  You should have let me die in jail in Romania!  He said, "Dumitru, have patience so I can tell you.  Get on this."  I got on something next to him.  I don't know what it was.  I also know that I was not asleep.  It was not a dream.  It was not a vision.  I was awake just as I am now.

He showed me all of California and said, "This is Sodom and Gomorrah!  All of this, in one day it will burn!  It's sin has reached the Holy One."  Then he took me to Las Vegas.  "This is Sodom and Gomorrah.  In one day it will burn."  Then he showed me the state of New York.  "Do you know what this is?" he asked.  I said, "No."  He said "This is New York.  This is Sodom and Gomorrah!  In one day it will burn."  Then he showed me all of Florida, "This is Florida." he said.   "This is Sodom and Gomorrah!  In one day it will burn."

Then he took me back home to the rock where we had begun.  "IN ONE DAY IT WILL BURN!   All of this I have shown you" - I said, "How will it burn?"  He said, "Remember what I am telling you, because you will go on television, on the radio and in churches.  You must yell with a loud voice.  Do not be afraid, because I will be with you."  I said, "How will I be able to go?  Who knows me here in America?  I don't know anybody here."  He said, "Don't worry yourself.  I will go before you.  I will do a lot of healing in the American churches and I will open the doors for you.  But do not say anything else besides what I tell you.  This country will burn!"

I said, "What will you do with the church?"  He said, "I want to save the church, but the churches have forsaken me."  I said, "How did they forsake you?"  He said, "The people praise themselves.  The honor that the people are supposed to give Jesus Christ, they take upon themselves.  In the churches there are divorces.  There is adultery in the churches.  There are homosexuals in the churches.  There is abortion in the churches and all other sins that are possible.

Because of all the sin, I have left some of the churches.  You must yell in a loud voice that they must put an end to their sinning.  They must turn toward the Lord.  The Lord never gets tired of forgiving.  They must draw close to the Lord, and live a clean life.  If they have sinned until now, they must put an end to it, and start a new life as the Bible tells them to live."

I said, "How will America burn?"  America is the most powerful country in this world.  Why did you bring us here to burn?  Why didn't you at least let us die where ALL the Dudumans have died?"

He said, "Remember this, Dumitru.  The Russian spies have discovered where the nuclear warehouses are in America.  When the Americans will think that it is peace and safety - from the middle of the country, some of the people will start fighting against the government.  The government will be busy with internal problems.  Then from the ocean, from Cuba, Nicaragua, Mexico,,.." (He told me two other countries, but I didn't remember what they were.) "...they will bomb the nuclear warehouses.  When they explode, America will burn!"

"What will you do with the Church of the Lord? How will you save the ones that will turn toward you?" I asked.  He said, "Tell them this: how I saved the three young ones from the furnace of fire, and how I saved Daniel in the lions den, is the same way I will save them."

The angel of the Lord also told me, "I have blessed this country because of the Jewish people who are in this country.  I have seven million Jews in this country, but they do not want to recognize the Lord.  They didn't want to thank God for the blessing they received in this country.  Israel doesn't want to recognize Jesus Christ.  They put their faith in the Jewish people in America.  But, when America burns, the Lord will raise China, Japan, and other nations to go against the Russians.  They will beat the Russians and push them all the way to the gates of Paris.

Over there they will make a treaty, and appoint the Russians as their leaders.  They will then unite against Israel.  When Israel realizes she does not have the strength of America behind her, she will be frightened.  That's when she will turn to the Messiah for deliverance.  That's when the Messiah will come.  Then, the church will meet Jesus in the air, and he will bring them back with Him to the Mount of Olives.  At that time, the battle of Armageddon will be fought."

When I heard all of this I said, "if you are truly the angel of the Lord, and everything you have told me is true, then all you have said must be written in the Bible."  He said, "Tell everyone to read from Jeremiah 51:8-15, Revelation chapter 18, and Zechariah chapter 14, where Christ fights against those who possess the earth.  After His victory," the angel said, "there will be one flock and one Shepherd.  There will be no need for light.  The Lamb of God will be the Light.  There will be no sickness, no tears, and no deaths.  There will only be eternal joy and God will be the ruler.  There will be only one language.  Only one song.  And no need for a translator!   ... And, Dumitru," he continued, "a word of warning.  If you keep anything from the American people that you are told, I will punish you severely." "How will I know that this is for real -that it will really happen?"  I asked.  "As a sign that I have spoken to you, tomorrow before you wake, I will send someone to bring you a bed, and at noon I will send you a car and a bucket of honey.  After which I will send someone to pay your rent."  The next day someone brought Dumitru a bed, and at noon a car arrived with the bucket of honey. His rent was also paid, as God had promised him.  (See chapter 10, "THROUGH THE FIRE WITHOUT BURNING.") Then the angel left.

Hanukkah Reclaimed for Yehovah

Jeremiah 6:16-19

Thus says the Lord:

“Stand in the ways and see,
And ask for the old paths, where the good way is,
And walk in it;
Then you will find rest for your souls.
But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
17 Also, I set watchmen over you, saying,
‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’
But they said, ‘We will not listen.’
18 Therefore hear, you nations,
And know, O congregation, what is among them.
19 Hear, O earth!
Behold, I will certainly bring calamity on this people—
The fruit of their thoughts,
Because they have not heeded My words
Nor My law, but rejected it.

Matisyahu "Happy Hanukkah" (New Song)

Prep of the Day - Make Firelogs

Under Every Green Tree

Often-times when I show people the warning against Christmas & Easter-Egg Trees in Jeremiah 10:1-3, they will excuse it away by trying to rationalize that the warning is not against decorating trees, but rather against taking wood and carving it into an idol. But if you need more proof that YaHuWaH is against using trees for worship, see the verses below:

Debariym (Deuteronomy) 12:2 You shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which You shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree.

1st Melakiym (Kings) 14:23 For they also built them high places, and images, and Asherah (groves), on every high hill, and under every green tree.

2nd Melakiym (Kings) 16:4 And he sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

2nd Melakiym (Kings) 17:10 And they set them up images and groves in every high hill, and under every green tree.

2nd Dibrey ha’Yamiym (Chronicles) 28:4 He sacrificed also and burnt incense in the high places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 57:5 Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks?

Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 2:20 For of old time I have broken your yoke, and burst your bands; and you said, I will not transgress; when upon every high hill and under every green tree you wandered, playing the harlot.

Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 3:6 YHWH said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Have you seen that which backsliding Yisra’el has done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there has played the harlot.

Yirmeyahuw (Jeremiah) 3:13 Only acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against YHWH your Elohiym, and have scattered your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and You have not obeyed my voice, says YHWH.

Yechezqel (Ezekiel) 6:13 13 Then shall you shall you know that I am YHWH, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols.

Prep of the Day - Make Laundry Soap

Homemade Laundry Detergent on Pinterest | 50 Pins

Here are several recipes (mostly the same recipe) to make laundry soap.

In the past I have made the liquid using 1 bar of  fels naptha, 1 1/2 cups washing soda, 1 1/2 cups borax, making 3 gallons. 1/3 cup per load. Worked great and it lasted me about 1 month per gallon doing 1 load a day.

Lately I just make powder using 1 bar of any soap (homemade from gma), 1 cup washing soda, 1 cup borax. 1 tbsp per load.  I switched because this is SOOOOO much quicker to make and I am in a busy season, with two toddlers and two in diapers.  I have to make this every two weeks, 2 loads a day.

Let Us Be BOLD!

We begin our celebration of Hanukkah tomorrow. Some will begin theirs over the next few days. Let us never forget to be BOLD in the face of all adversity. Those who have gone before us have left us a legacy for which we can be proud!!!

Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.

Having Courage in These Last Days...

I felt this was a very important and timely message for me and probably for many others.

Courage doesn't come from inside of us. Our Fight or Flight response is instinctual and cannot be controlled. ONLY the Ruach Ha Kodesh, the Holy Spirit, can fill us with courage in the face of struggle, danger, and death. If you are struggling with fear and anxiety, go to the source of Shalom!!!

We must READ the word, and HEAR the word, which allows the Ruach Ha Kodesh, the Holy Spirit, to WRITE the word on our hearts (the new covenant for believers of Yahshua Jesus).

Once a week is not enough. Once a day is not enough. Keep filling yourself with the word that sanctifies, having done alllllllll to stand on that evil day.

Corrie Ten Boom and The Rapture

- (Written in 1974)

"The world is deathly ill.  It is dying.  The Great Physician has already signed the death certificate.  Yet there is still a great work for Christians to do.  They are to be streams of living water, channels of mercy to those who are still in the world.  It is possible for them to do this because they are overcomers.
Christians are ambassadors for Christ.  They are representatives from Heaven to this dying world.  And because of our presence here, things will change.

My sister, Betsy, and I were in the Nazi concentration camp at Ravensbruck because we committed the crime of loving Jews.  Seven hundred of us from Holland, France, Russia, Poland and Belgium were herded into a room built for two hundred.  As far as I knew, Betsy and I were the only two representatives of Heaven in that room.

We may have been the Lord's only representatives in that place of hatred, yet because of our presence there, things changed.  Jesus said, "In the world you shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."  We too, are to be overcomers – bringing the light of Jesus into a world filled with darkness and hate.

Sometimes I get frightened as I read the Bible, and as I look in this world and see all of the tribulation and persecution promised by the Bible coming true.  Now I can tell you, though, if you too are afraid, that I have just read the last pages.  I can now come to shouting "Hallelujah! Hallelujah!" for I have found where it is written that Jesus said,

"He that overcometh shall inherit all things:
and I will be His God,
and he shall be My son."
This is the future and hope of this world. Not that the world will survive – but that we shall be overcomers in the midst of a dying world.
Betsy and I, in the concentration camp, prayed that God would heal Betsy who was so weak and sick.
"Yes, the Lord will heal me,", Betsy said with confidence.
She died the next day and I could not understand it. They laid her thin body on the concrete floor along with all the other corpses of the women who died that day.

It was hard for me to understand, to believe that God had a purpose for all that.  Yet because of Betsy's death, today I am traveling all over the world telling people about Jesus.

There are some among us teaching there will be no tribulation, that the Christians will be able to escape all this. These are the false teachers that Jesus was warning us to expect in the latter days.  Most of them have little knowledge of what is already going on across the world. I have been in countries where the saints are already suffering terrible persecution.

In China, the Christians were told, "Don't worry, before the tribulation comes you will be translated – raptured." Then came a terrible persecution.  Millions of Christians were tortured to death. Later I heard a Bishop from China say, sadly,

"We have failed.
We should have made the people strong for persecution,
rather than telling them Jesus would come first.
Tell the people how to be strong in times of persecution,
how to stand when the tribulation comes,
– to stand and not faint."
I feel I have a divine mandate to go and tell the people of this world that it is possible to be strong in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are in training for the tribulation, but more than sixty percent of the Body of Christ across the world has already entered into the tribulation. There is no way to escape it.
We are next.
Since I have already gone through prison for Jesus' sake, and since I met the Bishop in China, now every time I read a good Bible text I think, "Hey, I can use that in the time of tribulation."  Then I write it down and learn it by heart.

When I was in the concentration camp, a camp where only twenty percent of the women came out alive, we tried to cheer each other up by saying, "Nothing could be any worse than today." But we would find the next day was even worse.  During this time a Bible verse that I had committed to memory gave me great hope and joy.

"If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye;
for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you;
on their part evil is spoken of,
but on your part He is glorified."
(I Peter 3:14)
I found myself saying, "Hallelujah!
Because I am suffering, Jesus is glorified!"
In America, the churches sing, "Let the congregation escape tribulation", but in China and Africa the tribulation has already arrived. This last year alone more than two hundred thousand Christians were martyred in Africa. Now things like that never get into the newspapers because they cause bad political relations. But I know. I have been there. We need to think about that when we sit down in our nice houses with our nice clothes to eat our steak dinners. Many, many members of the Body of Christ are being tortured to death at this very moment, yet we continue right on as though we are all going to escape the tribulation.

Several years ago I was in Africa in a nation where a new government had come into power. The first night I was there some of the Christians were commanded to come to the police station to register. When they arrived they were arrested and that same night they were executed. The next day the same thing happened with other Christians. The third day it was the same. All the Christians in the district were being systematically murdered.

The fourth day  I was to speak in a little church. The people came, but they were filled with fear and tension. All during the service they were looking at each other, their eyes asking, "Will this one I am sitting beside be the next one killed? Will I be the next one?"

The room was hot and stuffy with insects that came through the screenless windows and swirled around the naked bulbs over the bare wooden benches. I told them a story out of my childhood.

"When I was a little girl, " I said, "I went to my father and said,
"Daddy, I am afraid that I will never be strong enough to be a martyr for Jesus Christ."
"Tell me," said Father,
"When you take a train trip to Amsterdam,
when do I give you the money for the ticket?
Three weeks before?"

"No, Daddy, you give me the money for the ticket just before we get on the train."

"That is right," my father said, "and so it is with God's strength.
Our Father in Heaven knows when you will need the strength to be a martyr for Jesus Christ.
He will supply all you need – just in time…"

My African friends were nodding and smiling.
Suddenly a spirit of joy descended upon that church and the people began singing,

" In the sweet, by and by,
we shall meet on that beautiful shore."
Later that week, half the congregation of that church was executed.
I heard later that the other half was killed some months ago.
But I must tell you something. I was so happy that the Lord used me to encourage these people, for unlike many of their leaders, I had the word of God. I had been to the Bible and discovered that Jesus said He had not only overcome the world, but to all those who remained faithful to the end, He would give a crown of life.

How can we get ready for the persecution?

First we need to feed on the Word of God, digest it, make it a part of our being. This will mean disciplined Bible study each day as we not only memorize long passages of scripture, but put the principles to work in our lives.

Next we need to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Not just the Jesus of yesterday, the Jesus of History,
but the life-changing Jesus of today who is still alive
and sitting at the right hand of God.

We must be filled with the Holy Spirit. This is no optional command of the Bible, it is absolutely necessary. Those earthly disciples could never have stood up under the persecution of the Jews and Romans had they not waited for Pentecost. Each of us needs our own personal Pentecost, the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We will never be able to stand in the tribulation without it.

In the coming persecution we must be ready to help each other and encourage each other.
But we must not wait until the tribulation comes before starting.
The fruit of the Spirit should be the dominant force of every Christian's life.

Many are fearful of the coming tribulation, they want to run. I, too, am a little bit afraid when I think that after all my eighty years, including the horrible Nazi concentration camp, that I might have to go through the tribulation also.
But then I read the Bible and I am glad.

When I am weak, then I shall be strong, the Bible says. Betsy and I were prisoners for the Lord, we were so weak, but we got power because the Holy Spirit was on us. That mighty inner strengthening of the Holy Spirit helped us through. No, you will not be strong in yourself when the tribulation comes. Rather, you will be strong in the power of Him who will not forsake you. For seventy-six years I have known the Lord Jesus and not once has He ever left me, or let me down.

"Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him", (Job 13:15)
for I know that to all who overcome,
He shall give the crown of life.

Kent Hovind and His Like

After having discovered the Creation Seminars put out by Kent Hovind and available to view on Youtube, my family has been SLOWLY working through them again and again to glean ALL the information available in each one.  If you have not had the opportunity to watch the creation seminars, please give one of them 10 mins of your time and see if you don't learn something that completely astounds you.

Having been so blessed by his videos and the ministry that he began (Creation Museum, Answers in Genesis,, Dr. Dino, and very possibly more) I was saddened to hear that he was in fact incarcerated at this time.  I researched WHY Kent Hovind was incarcerated.  Feel free to read the numerous articles on the interweb.  NONE are objective.  Many deride Kent Hovind and his like (those believing in biblical creation) as dangerous, deranged and better off dead.  I wish I were joking.

Kent Hovind on the other hand has portrayed a beautiful spirit during all of this, looking at each step of his 'journey' as a chance to work for God right where he is.  He rightly rests in the knowledge that he is in good company.  As Jesus was crucified as a 'criminal, Paul incarcerated time and time again and every single apostle was murdered for the gospel, which offended those that heard it, Kent Hovind clearly rubbed somebody wrong.

Here however is another reason for many to hate Kent Hovind and his like.....

Note: Really loving this guy.  I pray earnestly that YHWH bless him and keep him and make His face shine upon him, and may his name be written in the Book of Life!

Proverbs 31 -She Laughs....

Birthday Girl

King, Queen and Castle

Once upon a time there a man who stood before YHWH.  Of all the men of the earth, this one man was righteous and sought out the will of YHWH, desiring to please Him and walk in His ways.  YHWH made him a king among men.  And the man stood among men.
But he was alone.
So YHWH showed him a woman who also sought out the will of YHWH, desiring to please Him and walk in His ways.  And the man married the woman and took her to a new and far off land.

Dante Gabriel Rossetti - Paolo and Francesca da Rimini, 1867

The king urged his queen to never go beyond the boundary of their grounds.
He bought her a castle, with grounds, and gardens, and trees.  He bought her seeds and tools, and chickens and goats.  He stocked the castle with blankets and clothing and food.  And he gave her many children.

Every day the man left the castle.  He went out to roam the earth, near and far, to seek out others who sought out the will of YHWH, desiring to please Him and walk in His ways.  He went out to stand in the gates of the cities, to cry out, "If you need rest, come to my place of safety.  If you need food, I will give you sup.  If you thirst, I will show you to the well that does not run dry."
He warned all who would listen, "TESHUVAH! Turn back to YHWH, who alone can save!"

Sir Galahad by Arthur Hughes, 1865-70

Sometimes he was unable to return swiftly.  Sometimes he was gone for days, or weeks, or months.  When he would come home, he was tired, and worn.
No one heeded his cry.
His wife and queen was unhappy though.  Why did he leave her so often?  Why did he lay so much duty on her?  Why did he not LOVE her as she loved him?  Why could she not leave the walls of this castle and cast off the weights of motherhood and her labors?  She felt so alone.
She cried and cried.  But she also prayed.  Because she had sworn and meant to do all that YHWH desired of her, all that was pleasing in His sight and to walk always in His way.  She swore, "No matter what it may cost."  And for many months she wept, and prayed, "Your will, not mine."
Her king still left every day and made all efforts to return each night.  Her king still stood righteous before YHWH, seeking His will, desiring to please Him and walk in His ways.  He loved his bride, but did not understand why her heart was sad and afraid.  He also prayed, that YHWH would give wisdom to them.
One day, the queen went to the boundary of her grounds and looked out.
And she saw.... the world.  She saw all men, corrupt before YHWH. (Genesis 6:11)  She saw vileness and violence, anger, greed, hatred, cruelty, blasphemy and great blindness over the whole of the earth.  Each man did his own will.  Each woman sought her own desires.  No one sought YHWH or desired to do His will or walk in His ways.  Turning around she saw her castle, once seen as a prison, to be a bright haven of peace in the midst of a raging world.  And as she stood there, looking at the world, and then her home, her king came trudging, wearily, back into the gates.
And she saw.... her king.  Righteous in the eyes of YHWH, desiring to do His will and walk in His ways.  Weary from calling to the lost and not being heard, weary from fighting against all man to keep this place, this small piece of dirt and rock, secure, hidden, safe and at peace.  Day after day, he roamed the far reaches to keep all enemies at bay.
For her.
The queen wept.  Her eyes had not seen, her heart had been clouded.  His love for her was not the love of endless embrace of young heated flesh, though even that gift was there often enough to take her breath away.
Teshuvah.  She repented all her thoughts and prayed for forgiveness for her words and actions that had hurt and further wearied her king.
And when she stood, she looked at her home anew.  Her home.  Her castle.  Her grounds and gardens.  her chickens and goats.  Her children.  Her eyes being opened saw, not heavy duty and bondage, but a place of freedom and peace.  A token of the enduring love of her King and YHWH.

BLOOD MOONS: What's Coming in 2014-2015? | Mark Biltz

Forgive the ridiculous nature of network television.  If I can locate an article or video with the information, minus the sensationalism, I will share that!

Sid Roth interviews Mark Biltz regarding the Blood Moons.  Biltz is overflowing with the amazing historical significance of the biblical feasts.  I'll definitely be looking into his channel more frequently.  There is sooooo much to learn!!

Mark Biltz teaches about the appointed time Yom Kippur

I was JUST asking for some insight into the Fall Feasts and this video is just blowing me away. I have already had 4 OMG moments and I'm just about about a third of the way through it.

For example.... The Hebrew words regarding the Yom Kippur ceremonies discuss the inability to cleanse our own sin. They describe the scrubbing of our sins with acid and akaline, and explain that our sin is so deep, as if etched on stone and only YHWH can wash it clean. Having recently learned about epigenetics (you should check it out, it will astound you) I am in awe of this revelation.

I was also amazed at the insight that Passover was prophetic of our individual salvation, while Yom Kippur is prophetic of our national salvation (the nation of Israel, all those who cross over and strive for YHWH).

And, right as I pause it here to share with you, Blitz is speaking of the direct parallels in the Yom Kippur ceremony and the book of Revelation....

Yom Kippur will be celebrated around the world this Friday-Sunday (different groups use slightly different calendars). How exciting!

While Preparing for the Feast of Shouting Trumpets!

YHWH, God of Family

My children know and love our bible story book.  As we read the stories over and over again, I have had to add some packing tape here and there on its worn cover, a torn page, or as now, to reinforce the entire binding.  I will likely need to purchase another copy, because I just don't know how many more children this book will hold up to.

But I don't mind one bit.

I LOVE that my children take it to bed with them to look at the pictures, long before they learn how to read.  I LOVE that my oldest son, who now reads prolifically, can often be found in some corner with it, devouring another tale.  And I LOVE that the bible story book helps me to break down the story of the scriptures so that so much of it can be shared with even these young children.

As I shared with them the story of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, even I gained an amazing insight into YHWH and His word, one that I shared partially for Genesis 10-11 also.

YHWH is an Elohim of FAMILY.

He cares about family.  Generations, fathers, sons, mothers and daughters.  The bible is FULL of the theme of "Family."

The word constantly shows us that our actions affect our children, and it also constantly shows us that we are not responsible for the sins of our fathers.  Again and again the word admonishes us to LOVE our parents and to LOVE our children.  Again and again the word likens our relationship with Him as our Father and us as His beloved, sometimes wayward, children.

As I shared with my children, YHWH meets His child where they are.  Little children's prayer are welcomed at His throne.  Their precious little thoughts and tender love is cherished by Him.
No less the confused teenager looking for that personal proof of a creator, the nervous groom searching for courage and assurance he is on the right course, the young mother in need of strength after another sleepless night with a sick babe, the aging grandpa who yearns for his children's peace and salvation.

At any page in your life, YHWH cares about your struggles, your hopes and fears.  And at every moment, He desires to bless you.

All it takes is you to turn to him (teshuvah, repent) and seek His face.

My Lord and My God! - What does it mean?

Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!

John 20:28

What exactly is Thomas saying here????

Looking this passage up in the Interlinear, we find that the original text says, "You are Kurios (Lord) of me, and You are Theos (God) of me."

What would the Old Testament equivalent be for these terms?

Old Testament Equivalent of Kurios

"When reading the Hebrew text, Adonai is the word that was substituted by the Hebrews for YHWH when YHWH appeared in the text."
"Kurios is also used to translate the Hebrew tetragrammaton YHWH, the name of God revealed to Moses by God (see: YHWH); the interchangeableness of these words (Kurios and YHWH) teaches the Deity of Jesus."

Old Testament Equivalent of Theos

"In the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible (the Septuagint), where elohim refers to the true God, the singular theos is used."
"Because the NT comes to us in first-century Greek, it does not contain the Hebrew word Elohim. Instead it uses the normal Greek word for "God": Theos."

Did Thomas truly say Yahshua Jesus, "You are my YHWH and You are my Elohim."??

Are YOU Saved?

They say, "So, If I don't follow the Laws I'm not saved?"

I am NOT saying that you are not saved.
I am NOT the Judge and The Book of Life is not yet sealed (as far as I know).

But I am saying that if there is no desire in your heart to walk in the WHOLE word of YHWH, and you feel that the words and traditions of men have any authority to 'abolish, do away with, destroy, end ANY word of YHWH, AND/OR add any single word to the word of YHWH, that you are following the 'lawless one' and will be deceived by the Anti Messiah and the whore of Babylon.

I also believe that if you 'choose' to reject the Law of YHWH, that you will suffer all the curses (these are warnings of the consequence of sin) laid out in Leviticus 26.  Just as, if you 'choose' to follow the Law of YHWH, you will be awarded all the blessings that the scriptures AMPLY expound upon.

We also know that YHWH's mercy is new EVERY morning, and that He and all of the Heavens rejoice over every sinner that returns to YHWH.

I believe that until your dying breath, you can make that choice.

But since we don't know the length of our days, it is quite a foolish gamble.

"If it seems evil in your eyes to serve YHWH, choose for yourselves this day whom you are going to serve, whether the mighty ones which your fathers served that were beyond the river, or the mighty ones of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.  But I and my house, we serve YHWH." Joshua 24:15

"Let us hear the conclusion of the entire matter; Revere Elohim and guard His Commands, for this is to all mankind!" (I've also read it translated as, 'This is the duty of man.') Ecclesiastes 12:13

Abolish, Do Away With, Destroy, End....

As we know, Paul went to the congregations around so much of the world, and preached about the 'Gospel' and Yashua and many were 'saved'.

We also know that at that time there was NO new testament (other than word of mouth, the life of Yashua Jesus, but no written, accepted scripture).

We also know that Deuteronomy 4:2 and 12:32 says "Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it."

We also know that they are told to KILL anyone who speaks against the laws given them THROUGH (not by) Moses.

We also know that Jesus, Steven, and Paul were FALSELY accused of speaking against the Law of Moses, by 'false witnesses', and the people did try to kill them for it.  These were FALSE witnesses, speaking LIES.

What did Paul preach, from the scriptures (at that time ONLY the old testament) to prove Yahshua Jesus and the "Gospel"?  Where is ANY OTHER WORD in scripture that says the law will be changed or removed?  I believe Paul's words are misunderstood, as warned about by Peter. So prove it by ANY OTHER WORD in scripture.

We know that Paul did indeed say, that the law was Good, Pure, Righteous, and that by following the Yahshua Jesus, we ESTABLISH the law.

We also know that Yahshua Jesus said, "I did not come to abolish the law, but to 'fulfill' it."

If 'Fulfill" means to do away with, Is he saying, "I did not come to abolish, do away with, destroy, end the law, but to abolish, do away with, destroy, end it."???

Didn't he also say, "Depart from me workers of lawlessness." and "The scribes and pharisees sit on the seat of Mosheh, therefore, whatever he says to you to guard, guard and do." (ie, WHEN they read the actual books of Mosheh, DO IT), and "Go and SIN NO MORE."?

Doesn't scripture also say, "Sin is lawlessness.", and "And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands." and "Here is the endurance of the saints (set apart ones), here are those guarding the Commands of YHWH and the belief of Yahshua Jesus." and  "Blessed are those doing His Commands, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life and to enter through the gates into the city."

If You Can't Keep It All.....

Have you been told, ""If you cannot keep ALL of Torah, you should not keep it."

Deut 30, verses 1-3 specifically speak about what I believe is happening right now.

Deuteronomy 30  (NKJV)
1 “Now it shall come to pass, when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call them to mind among all the nations where the Lord your God drives you, 2 and you return to the Lord your God and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul, 3 that the Lord your God will bring you back from captivity, and have compassion on you, and gather you again from all the nations where the Lord your God has scattered you.

So very long ago, the tribes of Israel rebelled against YHWH and were scattered among the nations.  They forgot their god.  they forgot His laws.  they were so lost and forgotten, even to themselves, that they became gentiles, goyim, "nations, not israel."
But a time would come when they would remember their god.  they would remember his laws.  They would turn BACK to him and obey his voice.

And when they did God would 'turn back your captivity, and shall have compassion on you, and He shall turn back and gather you from all the peoples where YHWH your Elohim has scattered you."

Just as the prodigal son sat among the swine and remembered his father and his father's house and LONGED to even be a servant there instead of a 'freed man' out in the world, an exile... We LONG to to do what YHWH wants us to do and receive whatever blessings He would deem us fit for.

I can't do it perfectly.  But I will learn.  And I will try my best.

I also believe Acts 15 speaks directly to this.

I am not REQUIRED to do ALL of torah right now and perfectly.  There are some very basic rules that I must IMMEDIATELY implement, and then I am directed to LEARN torah. "From from ancient generations Mosheh has, in every city, those proclaiming him - being read in the congregations every Sabbath.

Quote du Jour - David Hood

Our character is created moment by moment. Moment by moment we are changed. Choice by choice we become who we are. If we reject the pleading of the Holy Spirit to repent and turn from lawlessness, we will become hardened in our sin. The man who appears in the mirror tomorrow may not even be capable of hearing the pleading of the Holy Spirit.
Today is the day of salvation -- while you can still hear -- if you can still hear.

The Least of These.....

Matthew 25:31-46
31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’

44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Recently I have been reminded, encouraged... and reproved, that my current mission field is my home and my disciples are these wee monkeys at my skirts.

These verses keep coming up in my mind....  Speaking of feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, caring and nurturing those who neeeeeeed to be loved.

I look to my service.  Am I keeping them fed?  Clothed?  Am I teaching them when I rise and when I sit and when I walk?

Am I doing it as if FOR THE LORD?  When my children are pressing me and seem to be pushing all my buttons.... am I responding to them as if THEY were trial and hardship, or my chance to shine and my blessing?  Am I standing up to the challenge as a child of God responding to His call, or just reacting to the moments trouble with my own emotional and unbalanced attitude?

I might feel like my day is meaningless and more than a little tedious.  Dishes, Laundry, Diapers, Wipe Noses, repeat all day, every day.  But here Yahshua sums up our ENTIRE service to YHWH and His subsequent acceptance of His servants based on this criteria.

Did you serve?  Selflessly?  When no one was looking??

Apparently, it is not unnoticed at all and it's worth is more than this world holds.

May He look on our service and call us, "Come, you blessed of My Father..."
