"I Never Knew You"

Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ - Matthew 7:22-23

This just breaks my heart.  Just like Psalm 119:136 says, "Rivers of water run down from my eyes, Because men do not keep Your law.

I know so many who think they are serving the Lord.  I know so many who 'love the Lord.'

But John 14:15 says, “If you love Me, keep My commandments."  What commandments?

WHAT was considered scripture and Commandments when Yeshua walked this earth???

Yeshua showed his anger and contempt for the written rules of man, the talmud.  But the Torah?  The WORD of YHWH?

In Matthew 5:17-18, Yeshua says, “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled."


If you are living without Torah, and rejecting His commandments, You have not shown Him Love at all.

Consider it this way, if you are married and your spouse gives you a love letter and a present.  You can clearly see that the letter was originally addressed to someone they fornicated with before they married you and the present is obviously their favorite treats rewrapped for you.

Would you feel loved?

Let's go farther and consider if your spouse gave it to you on that person's birthday, because they simply don't care when yours was.

Wouldn't you feel like they didn't know you at all?  Wouldn't you in fact feel COMPLETELY REJECTED?

It doesn't matter what our acts of worship and love mean to US.  It only matters what it means to YHWH.

Deuteronomy 12:29-32
“When YHWH your Elohim cuts off from before you the nations which you go to dispossess, and you displace them and dwell in their land, take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed from before you, and that you do not inquire after their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.’ You shall not worship YHWH your Elohim in that way; for every abomination to YHWH which He hates they have done to their gods; for they burn even their sons and daughters in the fire to their gods.
“Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it.


He already told us what He wants.

Please do not follow the path of lawlessness.  The consequences are eternal.
