I recently came across a quote that led me to a little research on James Mattis for use in my homeschooling when my children are older and will be attacking larger, harder subjects than the multiplication tables. The quote was poignant and I knew it had to be added to our copywork.
"I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with me, I'll kill you all."
—James Mattis
He seems to be an intriguing and genuine man, of which our society needs many more.
But now I hear he is being fired.
And I hear "Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders.... “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not.” Those who will not are being removed."
Here is Jim Garrow's actual facebook post.
And today my local news story touts new military opportunities to women.
It begs the question.
Are women so eager to gain powerful military positions that they will gladly agree to destroy their own people?
Unfortunately, men or women, it won't be long before they find those who will gladly agree to shoot anyone they are ordered to. Using violent video games, zombie flicks and now trainings, and psychotropic drugs, it will be easy to dehumanize the masses and create an efficient army that does not question the elite and their plans.
For the most part, I am an average housewife. I spend my days washing dishes, laundry, and changing diapers. I teach my kids the alphabet and math. I feed the chickens and plant tomatoes in the garden. And don't misunderstand my interest in Mattis. I am definitely not a war monger.
But I love my family. And I have to say....
"I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with me and my children, I'll kill you all."

No joke.
